Hi!
I am from Germany and have a big problem:
I go to italy for holidays every year, so i thought it is better to buy an italian prepaid-card.
I wanted to buy a omnitel-vodafone-card, but here in germany you have to pay 60 Euro for a italian omnitel-card.
So i bought a blu-card, because it was cheaper.
And now i have read in your forum, that blu dosent exist anymore.
Can I use this card in 2 weeks or not?
What can i do that i can use it next year too?
How can i recharge it?
Is the menu only italian or can i hear it in english too?

It would be great to hear some answers (gerne auch auf deutsch)

Hallo, ist es nicht möglicher, ein blaues Maklerhaus zu benutzen, folglich durchzuführen ist nicht möglich, vom ricariche oder anderes. Die Lösung soll die 198, aber nur in der italienischen Sprache benennen! SieSIND in der Lage, die Gutschrift, die Sie auf dem alten Maklerhaus hatten, aber auf einer anderen Zahl zu haben. Ich dispiace. Hallo und bald!!

Please thank god that the germans come to your country and pay the fees, go shopping and phone in the italian Cellular-Networks.
So you live in a rich country.

Calm down!
"Tedesco maccheronico" is not something bad about you.
It was referred to webonweb that writes in german with some italian words: it means "corrupted (by italian) german language".
Blu doesn't exist anymore (and you can throw your Blu card away), so you have to buy a card from another Mobile Operator.
If you knew that Blu was sold one year ago to Tim and Wind you could recover your credit and have a new Wind card with your old Blu #.
Now it is too late but maybe you can call 800 955 177 (from Italy) and (being lucky) find someone talking english and recover your credit in form of a check or a Wind card (with) a brand new #, sent directly to your home.
If not, if you want to hear the messages in german (because of the german minority in Süd Tirol) or in english you can buy a Tim card.
If it is enough for you to hear them in english you can use a Wind card.
I'm sorry, but Vodafone Italy doesn't have any messages in english...
I hope you a good stay in Italy!

Thank you, and sorry for my reaction.
Inbetween i have bought a Omnitel-Vodafone Card, and it works fantastic.
And at school i have learnt latin, it´s nearly the same like italian, so i
understand the messages too.

Thank you for your detailed information.
Next summer i go again to vieste for holiday.
I just can´t wait ....
